For over a decade, The Police Credit Union has awarded scholarships to support students in their college journey. This year, we are proud to recognize five outstanding students who are deeply committed to their education and driven to create meaningful change in their communities.

TPCU 2025 Scholarship Winner Anan Chiang

Anan Chiang
A Sergeant with the Los Angeles Airport Police, and a volunteer Search and Rescue Canine Handler. Anan is pursuing her Masters in Human Resource and Employment Law at Arizona State, with the goal of advocating for others. 

TPCU 2025 Scholarship Winner Carmen Santana
Carmen Santana
A former officer with the Richmond Police Department. When an injury ended her career, Carmen discovered a passion for teaching and mentoring. Not only did she become a law academy teacher, she also established the non-profit “Touch of New Life” to mentor underserved youth interested in public safety careers. Carmen is earning a degree in Criminal Justice and plans to continue pursuing opportunities for growth and service.

Jack Judd
A sworn investigator with the California Department of Consumer Affairs who is also pursuing his Juris Doctorate at Purdue Global Law School. Jack plans to use his continuing education to be able to continue helping others. 

TPCU 2025 Scholarship Winner Ryan Kwan
Ryan Kwan
A junior at Northeastern University studying biochemistry with plans to attend medical school after he completes his undergraduate studies. Ryan has known from early on that he has wanted to be in a position to be able to help save lives, and while he diligently pursues his undergraduate studies he continues to gain valuable experience in the field working as an EMT. 

TPCU 2025 Scholarship Winner Emma Cole
Emma Cole
A very accomplished high school senior with a long record of volunteer work. Emma volunteers with students who have special needs, giving her time to organizations that help children with swimming, biking, safety, and more. She plans to study Occupational Therapy in the fall so she can continue pursuing opportunities to help the special needs community.
