Applying for a Disaster Assistance Loan

Members who have suffered damage can borrow up to $7,500, with payments deferred for 90 days. If a higher amount is desired, you may speak to a loan officer. Members need to be residents of an area impacted by 2025 wildfires in Southern California. This loan is available to current members in good standing. Current member is defined as those with an established membership open more than 30 days.

Getting help with your Mortgage or HELOC

If you have been affected by a natural disaster, please contact your insurance company immediately. After you have contacted your insurance company:

  • If you have a first mortgage with The Police Credit Union, please call 866.768.7354.
  • If you have questions or concerns about your HELOC or other loans with us, please look for the "We're here to help" section below to contact us
